We do not charge a flat shipping rate because we want to keep costs fair for every customer based on their specific order size and location.

  • Weight & Area Calculation: Your final shipping fee is calculated dynamically at the checkout page. The system calculates the rate based on:

    1. The total volumetric weight of the products in your cart.

    2. Your specific delivery zone/area (province and postal code) within South Africa.

5. Order Tracking Information

Transparency is important to us. As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will generate a tracking link for you.

  • Tracking Details: You will receive a shipment notification email containing the Name of the Courier Partner and your unique Tracking Number.

  • Live Tracking: You can use this tracking number directly on the courier partner’s official website to monitor your parcel’s live movement from our facility to your doorstep.

6. Delivery Rules & Customer Responsibility

  • Accurate Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate, complete physical address and a reachable South African mobile number. Pak Syed cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address entries.

  • Receiving the Parcel: Courier deliveries typically require a signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to accept the package.

  • Damaged Deliveries: If you notice that the outer shipping box is heavily torn, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery, please take photographs immediately, note it on the courier’s delivery receipt, and contact our team within 24 hours.
